Arden Climate
Arden Climate is a policy consultancy and law firm that helps leaders build the climate policy and legal systems that power high-integrity carbon markets.
With a unique opportunity to build this brand from scratch, I worked with the Arden team and collaborated with Propagate Partners to build this bold but grounded new identity that reflects Arden’s values of integrity, clarity, impact, and care. The core visual concept centers around multi-directional growth, acknowledging that the world around us grows and moves in all directions and Arden is equipped to move with those forces.
The logo carefully balances a sense of strength and stability with references to nature and movement.
The color palette is inspired by nature but stands out amongst a sea of “green” brands with a striking orange that brings both excitement and urgency to the climate conversation. The arrow graphic, pulled directly from the logo itself, is repurposed in a variety of orientations and color combinations to bring your eye toward what’s important.
Icons are straightforward and bold.
Arden's photo style has a strong sense of movement, with dramatic lines and clear sense of direction—whether on a micro or macro level.
