HZ Rebrand 2022

In the last few years, HZ has undergone a number of organizational changes. With new leadership, the brand itself needed to evolve—both in its strategic foundation and in its visual expression. I managed this visual rebrand process with a top-notch creative team. 

My approach to this gargantuan task involved working against a demanding timeline, creating detailed work plans, managing a team of designers, and communicating progress and results across a wide audience of stakeholders. I also had a hand in designing and rolling out several assets. Currently, I act as the design lead for all brand touchpoints, both internally and externally.
